Teen Registration Form

As indicated in the Kingston Youth Strategy there is insufficient affordable youth programming in the City of Kingston. Our Club provides a safe and supportive location for youth to experience an enormous variety of diverse programming and build healthy relationships, confidence and skills for life!

Thanks to Capital One, our Youth Programs adopt the Keystone Club themes of: leadership, teamwork, learning for life, healthy choices and service to Club and community!
